Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with display counters and bar seating
About this design

Why choose PX-430

Blue light streaks across a deep navy wall in this booth, and the front corners are claimed by two glass-shelf display counters, so visitors meet your parts before they meet your people. A bright central reception counter sits between them, and three round bar tables with nine padded stools fill the space behind. Six framed graphics line the wall like a gallery of product sheets. It works well for companies that sell components and want to talk at standing height.

How the space works

Visitors walking the aisle see the two display counters first, where parts sit on glass shelves at chest height. The lit center counter between them is the greeting spot, and staff step out from behind it to meet people. Behind the counters, three round bar tables with white padded stools fill the middle of the floor, with the framed wall graphics a short distance away, so a conversation can lean on a product sheet. Two short returns close the sides.

Best for

  • Automotive, electrical and industrial suppliers who show small parts in glass shelves
  • Exhibitors who want standing, high-turnover conversations at bar tables
  • Companies whose product range is documented in sheets or catalog pages that can be framed
  • Teams that need three distinct points: two displays and one greeting counter

What stands out

  • Two glass-shelf display counters at the front corners: show product at chest height and frame the entrance like gate posts
  • Six framed wall graphics: each can hold a different product or story, so the wall reads like a gallery
  • Nine padded bar stools across three round tables: seats a full team plus visitors without crowding the floor

Make it yours

  • Swap the framed graphics for your own product sheets or certifications
  • Put a screen on the printed wall between two frames to play a process video
  • Replace one bar table with a lounge seat if you want a longer, quieter meeting spot

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-430 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-430

Do the display counters lock?

They are glass-shelf units. Locking options vary, so tell us if you plan to leave samples in them overnight.

Can the booth work as a corner?

It is built as an inline with two short returns. A corner needs a different layout, so ask us how the counters and returns would shift.
