Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with curved counter and low storage cabinets
About this design

Why choose PX-424

Green and white graphics with a botanical feel set a calm, clean mood in this booth, and a long run of low white cubby cabinets turns the back wall into usable storage and display. Six floating glass shelves above them show products at eye level, a curved reception counter greets the aisle on the left, and two round tables with white chairs sit in the open middle. The tall return wall on the right carries information graphics.

How the space works

The curved counter at the front left is the first point of contact, with a bar-height ledge for a quick hello. Behind it, a visitor moving along the booth passes the cabinet run, where cubbies hold samples and doors hide the extras, and the glass shelves above show finished products. Two round tables with three chairs each sit in the open center for longer conversations. The tall return wall on the right tells your story at a glance.

Best for

  • Health, wellness and natural-products companies that want a clear, clean look
  • Exhibitors who need to store samples and literature without a separate closet
  • Brands that show product on shelves while holding conversations at tables
  • Teams who want a modest, staff-friendly booth with a defined meeting area

What stands out

  • Low cubby cabinets about fourteen feet long: closed doors for storage and open cubbies for display in one piece
  • Six floating glass shelves on the wall: products appear to hover against the printed graphic
  • Green speckled carpet: ties in with the botanical wall and hides everyday wear

Make it yours

  • Fill the open cubbies with product boxes, sample jars or binders to suit your range
  • Change the curved counter graphic to a product photo instead of a logo
  • Swap one round table for a pair of bar stools if you expect more quick stops than long meetings

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-424 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
