Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with curved lit reception counter and backlit frame
About this design

Why choose PX-426

A white wall and a single glowing frame make this the booth for exhibitors who want one big image to carry the message. The large backlit graphic anchors the center like a window, three small framed panels step across the wall beside it, and a tall return pushed forward on the left gives the booth depth. A curved reception counter with underglow at the right end and two round tables in the middle keep the floor open and friendly.

How the space works

The glowing frame pulls visitors in from the aisle, and the white curve of the reception counter at the right is where staff greet them. Behind it, two round tables with six white chairs sit in front of the wall for meetings, and a multi-tier brochure stand at the left corner holds printed material. The tall white return on the left stands forward of the main wall, giving the booth an extra surface for a logo and a contained corner.

Best for

  • Brands with one strong hero image, such as a product photo or a campaign visual
  • Industrial and chemical suppliers who want a tidy, light, professional look
  • Exhibitors who like to hand out literature from a stand next to the counter
  • Teams who want a bright, uncluttered booth that is easy to keep clean

What stands out

  • Large backlit graphic frame: a lit image panel that glows evenly and reads well even when the hall is dim
  • Curved reception counter with underglow: a soft edge of light that makes the counter look like a feature piece
  • Forward-offset tall wall on the left: adds depth to a flat inline layout and gives you an extra wall for a logo

Make it yours

  • Swap the backlit image each season without changing anything else
  • Replace the three small frames with a row of product cards or award certificates
  • Turn the center of the floor into a demo spot by replacing one round table with a screen

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-426 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
