Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with three-panel product wall and reception counter
About this design

Why choose PX-495

A bright wall made of three large backlit panels leaves little doubt about what the booth is for: it shows the facilities and the product range side by side, lit from behind. A white reception counter sits near the middle, and two round tables with chairs fill the ends so groups can sit on either side. The floor is open and easy to move through. A fit for manufacturers who want visitors to see the scale of their business.

How the space works

The wall is lit from within, and each of the three panels shows a different part of the business, such as a site, a product shot or a process. A white reception counter with a logo stands near the center of the floor. Two round white tables with three molded chairs each sit to the left and right, with wood-leg chairs that warm the white furniture. The gray carpet is plain, so the panels are the main color.

Best for

  • Manufacturers who want to show facilities and product range together
  • Exhibitors who want to use lit graphics instead of a screen
  • Teams who want two meeting tables and a central counter
  • Brands who prefer light and clear over busy

What stands out

  • Backlit three-panel wall: lit from behind, so graphics look bright and clear even under hall lighting
  • White reception counter with logo: a simple point of welcome in the middle of the booth
  • Two round tables with six molded chairs: give you two meeting spots at either end

Make it yours

  • Use one panel for your facilities, one for your range, and one for a customer story
  • Add a screen on a floor stand if you want video as well
  • Move the counter to one side to open up the center

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-495 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
