Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with giant letter sculpture and black arch
About this design

Why choose PX-436

Two sculptural pieces do the work here. A giant stack of white block letters on a black plinth stands at the right, and a freestanding black metal arch frame stands at the left. Between them, a deep navy printed wall carries a TV and a white reception counter holds the front. The result is a booth with a photo spot and a story, ideal for brands that want visitors to stop, take a picture and talk.

How the space works

The oversized letters at the right catch attention from far down the aisle, and visitors often pause to look and take photographs. The black arch frame on the left makes a doorway-like feature that can hold a sign or flowers. Staff stand at the white reception counter in the middle and greet visitors, with the TV on the navy wall behind them. A right return adds a graphic panel, and the black carpet keeps the focus on the white pieces.

Best for

  • Healthcare, wellness and service brands that want a memorable photo moment
  • Exhibitors who want a playful focal point beyond the usual banner and counter
  • Teams who plan social media content from the show floor
  • Companies that use a looping screen to explain services while staff greet visitors

What stands out

  • Oversized letter sculpture on a plinth: a three-dimensional feature that works as a landmark and a photo spot
  • Freestanding black metal arch: a lightweight, open structure that adds shape without blocking sight lines
  • Black carpet under white furniture: strong contrast that makes the white pieces pop

Make it yours

  • Ask about changing the sculpture letters to your own word or initials
  • Hang a sign or flowers on the arch for a seasonal look
  • Move the TV beside the arch if you want a demo area at the left

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-436 is 1,950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

About PX-436

Can the letters be changed?

They are a custom piece, so a different word needs a new build. Tell us early, as it affects timing.
