About this design
Why choose PX-505
Color does most of the work in this booth. One saturated yellow wall with a flowing line pattern fills the full 20 ft back wall and is lit by three arm lights, while dark carpet makes the color stand out even more. A graphic reception counter sits at one end and a glass-top case at the other, with two small round tables in between. It is a straightforward, affordable layout for brands that already own a strong color.
How the space works
Visitors approach a wide, bright wall and see the headline and logo before anything else. The reception counter on the left is where they are greeted and where staff keep their materials. In the middle, the two round tables with three chairs each are set slightly back from the aisle for conversations. The glass-top display counter on the right holds the product you want people to lean over and look at closely.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-505 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Can the glass case be locked?
The case is intended for display. If you need secure storage for valuable samples, tell us and we can discuss a lockable option.
Is there storage for boxes and personal items?
The counters can hold small items, but there is no storage room in this layout. A closet can be added if you need to keep cartons on site.
