Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with glass display cases and reception counter
About this design

Why choose PX-438

Glass is the star of this white booth. Two tall display cases and one half-height case flank the space, so products on show can be seen from three sides, while a branded reception counter and a zigzag brochure rack hold the right edge. A tall closet column on the left hides storage behind a door, and a round bar table with four blue padded stools gives the middle of the floor a splash of color.

How the space works

Visitors see the glass cases at the left and right edges first, with product on every shelf. The reception counter at the right is where staff greet and hand out brochures from the zigzag rack. In the middle, a round bar table with four blue stools offers a place to stand and talk. The closet column on the left, about ten feet tall, holds bags and stock, and the 3D cutout logo above the wall makes the booth easy to spot.

Best for

  • Electronics, magnet and component makers who display samples in glass
  • Exhibitors who want a storage column built into the booth
  • Teams who pair a staffed counter with a standing meeting table
  • Companies that want a clean white look with blue brand accents

What stands out

  • Three glass display cases: two tall and one half-height, giving products display at several heights
  • Closet column about three and a half by four feet: storage built into the wall so the floor stays clear
  • 3D cutout logo on the wall: a raised sign that casts its own shadow under the arm lights

Make it yours

  • Put your own brand color on the stool seats and counter graphic
  • Fill the tall cases with a themed range and the half-height case with a single hero piece
  • Use the zigzag rack for catalogs and put a tablet on the counter for sign-ups

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-438 is 1,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
