Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with lounge sofas and meeting lectern
About this design

Why choose PX-461

Two cream sofas and a low white coffee table turn the left third of this booth into a proper sitting room, while a tall black lectern at center gives staff a place to greet people on their feet. The hexagon-pattern back wall in deep blue keeps the look technical and calm. It works well for companies that sell through longer conversations and want visitors to sit down, have a coffee and talk, without losing a counter for quick demos on the right.

How the space works

From the aisle, visitors see the lit blue wall first, then the lectern standing forward of it like a host. The sofa group on the left is set back and sheltered by a side return, so conversations there feel private. On the right, a black counter with a wall-mounted screen above it handles quick demos, with two white bar stools alongside. A credenza behind the lectern holds the coffee machine and cups, so refreshments stay within reach of staff.

Best for

  • Software and IT services firms that book meetings rather than hand out samples
  • Consultancies that want a comfortable corner for longer one-to-one talks
  • Exhibitors who offer coffee as a reason to stop and sit
  • Teams presenting a short talk or announcement from a lectern

What stands out

  • Cream sofa, armchair and white coffee table: a real lounge setting that invites visitors to stay longer than a counter does
  • Black credenza with a coffee machine: gives you a hospitality point without cluttering the walkways
  • Tall tapered lectern in front of the wall: marks the booth entrance and doubles as a speaking stand or laptop stand

Make it yours

  • Swap the printed wall for your own brand colors and a single headline; the hexagon motif is only graphics
  • Add a second screen on the counter side to loop a product demo while staff talk with guests on the sofas
  • Replace the coffee station with a tasting or sample table if your product is physical

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-461 is 1,350 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-461

Can the lectern be removed if I want a clearer entrance?

Yes. It stands on its own base and is not attached to the wall, so it can be left out or moved to the side. Ask us at quote time so the floor plan stays balanced.

Is power available for the coffee machine and TV?

Both need electrical power, which is ordered through the show and varies by venue. We can note the outlet positions on your layout so you order the right amount.
