Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with glass meeting room and two wall tvs
About this design

Why choose PX-440

A glass-walled meeting room on the left lets you close the door on a busy hall without hiding from it. Behind the glass sit a table, chairs, a plant and a second TV, all visible from the aisle. The rest of the booth is dark and sharp: a long charcoal wall with a bold purple diagonal and a big wall TV, a black-and-purple reception counter at the right, and two printed end returns. It suits deals that need privacy and a show that needs presence.

How the space works

The wall TV and the purple diagonal pull people in from the aisle, and the reception counter at the right gives them a first point of contact. Guests with an appointment are invited into the glass room on the left, where the table, six chairs and a second TV are ready for a presentation, with a sliding door that cuts the noise. A plant at the glass edge softens the corner. Passers-by can still see who is in the room and what is on the screen.

Best for

  • Technology and software companies that hold confidential demos or contract talks on the floor
  • Exhibitors who want a visible but closable meeting room instead of open seating
  • Teams that run two screens, one for passers-by and one for guests
  • Brands with dark, high-contrast graphics and a modern look

What stands out

  • Glass-walled meeting room about eleven by six feet with a sliding door: a private space that still shows off activity to the aisle
  • Two TVs: one large wall screen for the crowd and a smaller one inside the room for presentations
  • Bold purple diagonal on a dark wall: a graphic device that draws the eye along the wall toward the room

Make it yours

  • Reprint the diagonal and wall colors to your brand palette
  • Frost a band of the glass for added privacy and put your logo on it
  • Turn the meeting room into a demo room with a stand, a screen and a single product

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-440 is 1,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-440

Does the sliding door lock?

It can normally be fitted with a lock. Ask us when you book if you need it for confidential meetings.

Is the glass room soundproof?

It cuts the noise a good deal, but it is not a sealed room. In a loud hall, expect some sound to carry.
