Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with large screen and high-top seating
About this design

Why choose PX-453

A large wall screen does most of the talking in this bright booth, and a tall white tower at the right keeps the practical things out of sight. High-top bistro tables with eight padded stools fill the middle of the floor, a reception counter stands at the front left, and a second screen on the end panel catches visitors coming in from the side aisle. Wood-look flooring warms the white walls, and a plant softens the corner.

How the space works

The large screen on the printed wall, sized at about sixty-five to seventy-five inches, stands out from the aisle, and the second screen of about forty-three inches on the end panel works for visitors coming from the side. The counter at the front left is the greeting spot. In the middle, two high-top bistro tables with padded stools offer a place to meet. The white tower at the right contains a lockable closet, and a low cabinet below sits beside it for brochures.

Best for

  • Technology and design firms that open with a large video or presentation
  • Exhibitors who want a lockable storage tower in the booth
  • Teams that favour standing conversations at high-top tables
  • Brands that want two screens covering two directions of traffic

What stands out

  • Large wall-mounted screen plus a second screen on the end panel: two display points for two approach directions
  • Lockable storage closet in a white tower: a place for laptops, bags and spare stock that keeps the booth tidy
  • Wood-look flooring with white furniture: a warm, light look that keeps a bright booth from feeling cold

Make it yours

  • Run one screen with video and the other with a live demo or social feed
  • Use the low cabinet as a charging and brochure station
  • Swap one bistro table for lounge seating if you want a softer corner

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-453 is 1,750 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
