Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with graphic walls and display counter
About this design

Why choose PX-445

Valves, fittings and other hard goods look good on black, and this booth has plenty of it. A black glass-front display counter anchors the left end, a three-tier black stand holds product at the right, and a tall return wall hides a small closet. The wide white printed wall behind them carries your story in large type and product photos. Two small round tables with six white chairs wait in the middle, and a zigzag brochure rack stands beside the counter.

How the space works

The black display counter on the left holds your best samples behind glass, and visitors usually start there. The zigzag rack beside it offers brochures. In the middle, two round tables with white chairs seat small groups against the large printed wall. At the right, the three-tier black stand shows more product from three sides, and the return wall behind it contains a small closet, about five feet by four, with a door for coats and boxes.

Best for

  • Engineering and hardware suppliers that need both shelf display and a closet for stock
  • Exhibitors with product that suits tiered stands and a glass display counter
  • Teams that want a bright white booth with strong black display furniture
  • Companies that hand out printed catalogs from a rack

What stands out

  • Black glass-front display counter with a logo: a polished, enclosed spot for samples that contrasts with the white wall
  • Three-tier black display stand: lets you show a product family on separate levels
  • Small closet built into the return wall: storage that does not take away floor space

Make it yours

  • Change the stand and counter finishes to white if you prefer a lighter look
  • Fill the three-tier stand with a single product family and label each level
  • Use the closet door area for a poster, price list or schedule

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-445 is 1,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
