Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with raised center panel and twin meeting tables
About this design

Why choose PX-476

Height is what this booth does differently: a raised center panel with a backlit sign sits above two tall blue panels, with a closed room tucked behind it. A reception counter sits right in front of the center block. Two long wood-top tables with four chairs each give meeting space on both sides. For teams who expect lots of meetings and want somewhere private to store stock, it is a strong match.

How the space works

From the aisle, the raised center block with its backlit logo sign catches the eye first, standing taller than the blue panels on either side. The reception counter in front of it welcomes visitors and directs them left or right. Each side holds a long wood-top table with four white shell chairs, so two meetings can happen at once without overhearing each other. The room behind the center block has a door and can be used for storage. Six arm lights and wood-look flooring finish the space.

Best for

  • Software and services firms who book meetings in advance
  • Teams with a lot of staff who need two separate meeting tables
  • Exhibitors who need a lockable room for laptops, samples or coats
  • Brands with a bold single color and a short headline

What stands out

  • Raised center panel with backlit sign: a raised brand marker that is visible over the heads of crowds
  • Closed storage room behind the center: about 6 by 3 ft, lockable, and not visible from the aisle
  • Two long wood-top tables with eight chairs: let you hold two meetings at the same time

Make it yours

  • Add a TV to one of the blue panels for a looping presentation
  • Replace one long table with two high tables for a more casual side
  • Print your own graphics on the blue panels with a different headline on each side

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-476 is 1,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-476

Can the storage room lock?

Yes, it has a door that can be locked. It is meant for stock and personal items, so ask your show about overnight security for valuables.

Does the raised center panel need rigging?

No. It stands from the floor as part of the booth structure, not hung from the ceiling. It still needs to respect your show's height limits.
