Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with large tv and wood-slat counter
About this design

Why choose PX-454

Wood slats and a lit edge give the reception counter the leading role in this booth, and an orange-red wall gives it the color. The L-shaped counter in warm timber sits at the front and says welcome before any word is spoken. Behind it, a large TV hangs on a printed wall, a tall black message tower stands at the right, and a bar table with stools stays on the left. The curved wood accent on the left return echoes the counter.

How the space works

The wood-slat counter greets visitors at the front, and its lit edge glows against the dark carpet. Staff stand behind its L-shaped return and look out over the aisle. The big TV, about sixty inches, on the orange-red wall plays a loop above the counter. The tall black message tower at the right, about five by ten feet, carries a headline. The bar table with four stools on the left is for relaxed talks, with a plant beside it.

Best for

  • Retail, hospitality and lifestyle brands that want a warm, natural material in the mix
  • Exhibitors who want a strong reception point and a clear message tower
  • Teams who need a screen and a standing table without extra clutter
  • Companies with fiery, high-contrast brand colors

What stands out

  • Wood-slat L-shaped reception counter with a lit edge and logo: a warm, textured feature that anchors the booth
  • Tall black message tower about five by ten feet: a strong contrast to the orange wall that holds a headline
  • Curved wood accent on the left return: repeats the counter material and softens the corner

Make it yours

  • Change the wall color from orange-red to your brand tone
  • Put a short slogan on the black tower instead of a long message
  • Swap the bar table for a pair of lounge chairs if your visitors stay longer

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-454 is 1,450 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
