Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with orange gradient walls and two counters
About this design

Why choose PX-462

Orange gradient panels on either side of a black center wall make this booth read from far down the aisle, and the center wall gives your screen a calm, dark frame. Two black counters at the front are the real feature: one can be a reception point, the other a product or demo station. A wood-top meeting table behind them and a high table with a chrome stool cover both sit-down and stand-up talks. It suits exhibitors who want a lively, color-led booth with several staff on the floor.

How the space works

Visitors approach between the two front counters, which act as a low gateway into the booth rather than a barrier. Behind them the back wall splits into orange, black and orange, with the TV centered over the black panel. The wood-top table with four white chairs sits to one side for scheduled meetings, while a high table and a single chrome stool give a quick stop for people who do not want to sit. Arm lights wash the panels from above.

Best for

  • Teams staffed with three or four people who need separate stations
  • Brands with a strong color palette they want to run across the whole wall
  • Exhibitors who mix quick lead capture with scheduled meetings
  • Companies that show a video loop or slide deck on a mounted TV

What stands out

  • Orange gradient panels flanking a black center: the gradient adds depth, and the dark center keeps the TV easy to see
  • Two black counters with printed fronts: one for greeting, one for demos, so two conversations can run at once
  • Wood-top meeting table with white chairs: warm material against the dark carpet signals a meeting spot

Make it yours

  • Change the orange gradient to your own brand colors by swapping the printed panels only
  • Put a product sample or tablet display on the second counter instead of using it for reception
  • Add a floor-standing literature rack between the counters to guide visitors inward

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-462 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-462

Can the side walls be removed so this works as a corner booth?

The printed side walls can be adjusted, but a corner layout changes how the counters face the aisles. Tell us your booth position and we will check the plan.

Does the TV have to be on the black center wall?

It is shown there because the dark panel gives the best contrast, but it can be moved to either orange panel if you prefer.
