Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with light-panel back wall and orange display alcove
About this design

Why choose PX-658

A back wall of softly glowing color bands in pink, green, blue and white turns a row of plinths into a lit gallery for equipment. At the left end, a tall white tower opens into an orange, backlit alcove for one or two hero products. The layout is built for showing hardware in a narrow space: visitors walk the line, stop at the alcove and finish at the desk. Medical, lab and diagnostic device makers will get the most from it.

How the space works

From the aisle, the tall tower at the left catches the eye first, with your logo printed large across its face and a brochure ledge built in. Step around it and the orange alcove shows featured units under their own downlights. The main run of white plinths follows the light-panel wall, each holding a device at counter height, with open floor in front for a cart or trolley. At the far right, the reception desk with a laptop and a stool is where leads get captured.

Best for

  • Medical and diagnostic device makers with several bench-top units to show side by side
  • Lab equipment suppliers who want one featured product in a lit alcove
  • Companies bringing a rolling cart or monitor stand that needs open floor space
  • Exhibitors who prefer a clean, clinical look over lounge seating

What stands out

  • Backlit color panels on the back wall: each band lights the device in front of it and makes the row read as one display.
  • Orange alcove inside the tower: a recessed, lit niche with a 3D logo that sets one product apart from the rest.
  • Teal and orange angled graphics on the plinth fronts and desk: they tie the furniture to the walls and carry your colors at floor level.

Make it yours

  • Change the panel colors to match your product families or brand palette.
  • Add a screen inside the orange alcove for a looping product video.
  • Remove two plinths to make room for a larger floor-standing system.

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-658 is 1,500 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-658

Can the plinths take heavy equipment?

They suit typical bench-top devices. Send us the weights of your units in advance so we can confirm or reinforce them.

Is there storage?

The design does not include a closet. Some supplies fit inside the desk, and a storage unit can be added if your space allows.

Do the arm lights on the tower need rigging?

No, the two spot lights mount on the tower itself, so no ceiling rigging is needed.
