Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with lime green entry arch and shelving tower
About this design

Why choose PX-659

Bright lime walls, a walk-through arch and three large screens make this inline booth easy to spot from far down the aisle. The arch at one end shelters a small cafe group of white swan chairs, the center wall carries a big screen over a white console, and a black-and-lime tower at the other end pairs a second screen with open shelving. It works well for software, e-commerce and consumer brands that sell through demos and short sit-down talks.

How the space works

Visitors are met by a black reception podium near the front, with a laptop for lead capture. To one side, the green arch frames the seating nook, where four white swan chairs circle a small table under the arch's downlights, with a TV on the arch's outer face. The center wall holds a large screen above a white console set with flowers. At the other end, the tower's screen sits over a white shelf unit for products, and a door in the black wall section leads behind the tower.

Best for

  • Software and platform companies that run screen demos all day
  • Consumer product brands that want packaged goods on open shelves
  • Teams that need a small seating nook for partner or customer talks

What stands out

  • Walk-through arch with built-in downlights: it marks a seating zone and adds height without closing the booth in.
  • Three large screens spread across the length: demos can run at the arch, the center wall and the tower at the same time.
  • Open white shelf unit set into the lime tower: products sit at a height people can pick up and handle.

Make it yours

  • Reprint the lime and black graphics in your own colors.
  • Turn the center console into a demo station with a laptop or tablet.
  • Swap the swan chairs for two high tables if you expect more standing traffic.

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-659 is 2,350 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
