Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with lit bar counter and product shelf wall
About this design

Why choose PX-456

Think of this booth as a tasting bar for products. A large counter with a glowing top stands at the front, with bar tables and white cushioned stools on both sides, and behind it a white and teal three-panel wall shows your range on a lit shelf display. A backlit logo sign sits above, two low white cabinets store the rest, and teal tile-look flooring brings the color down to the ground.

How the space works

Visitors come to the glowing counter at the front, where staff talk across the lit top. Bar tables with three stools each stand on both sides, so people can sit with a sample or a brochure. Behind the counter, the lit shelf wall in the center presents your products under a backlit logo, while the two side panels carry headlines and benefits. Two low white cabinets at the sides keep stock and supplies out of sight.

Best for

  • Health, supplement and personal-care brands that sample or demonstrate at a bar
  • Exhibitors who want a large service counter as the main feature
  • Teams who sell by showing a range of bottles, boxes or packs on a lit shelf
  • Companies that need two groups of bar tables for meetings

What stands out

  • Large counter with a glowing top and logo: a bright service point that doubles as a display surface
  • Lit shelf wall with two floating shelves under a backlit logo: puts the products in a spotlight against the printed wall
  • Teal tile-look flooring: brings the brand color to the floor and makes the booth feel like a finished room

Make it yours

  • Fill the two shelves with your top-selling range, row by row
  • Change the teal to your brand color on the carpet and panel accents
  • Use the side returns for icons or benefits, one per panel

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-456 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
