Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with overhead header frame and center tv wall
About this design

Why choose PX-558

A single beam of downlights runs overhead and a white center wall with a glowing logo and a mounted TV hangs behind it, giving this 10x20 a clear sense of depth. In front of the wall sits a reception counter and a white sofa, while lit tables, slim pedestals and brochure stands line both sides. It is a tidy, medical-feeling inline booth for exhibitors who show a few products, hand out literature and keep a lounge ready for guests.

How the space works

From the aisle, visitors see the lit logo and screen on the center wall, with the reception counter just in front. The four white display tables with a soft blue glow sit at either side, so you can lay out products where people can see them. Slim pedestals hold specific hero items, and acrylic stands on the edges hold brochures that visitors can take as they pass. Behind the counter, a white sofa and a small round table give guests a place to sit.

Best for

  • Medical device and healthcare exhibitors who demo at tables and hand out literature
  • Companies that need a lounge sofa for relaxed conversations in an inline space
  • Brands that show several small products on illuminated tables and pedestals
  • Teams that value a calm white look with one splash of color

What stands out

  • Overhead beam with five downlights: it lights the whole space evenly and frames the booth like a doorway
  • Four lit tables with blue glow: they make product on top look clean and easy to inspect
  • Backlit logo on a center panel: it holds the brand at eye level beside the TV

Make it yours

  • Change the teal graphics on the center wall to your colors and key message
  • Replace the sofa with two armchairs if you need more conversation seats
  • Put your product video on the TV

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-558 is 2,050 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-558

Is this layout suitable for an end-cap inline?

It can work, but an end-cap has extra open sides, so graphics usually need to be added to the side that faces the aisle. Tell us your position and we can plan it.

Can I use all four tables for product?

Yes. They are standard display tables with a lit base, and you can mix product, tablets and literature as you need.
