Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with printed back wall and lounge sofas
About this design

Why choose PX-470

A long red printed fabric wall gives this booth a single bold backdrop, and the layout is built for waiting and talking: two gray sofas, two bistro-style tables and six molded white chairs. A graphic counter at the entrance receives guests, while a wall-mounted TV keeps visitors busy while they wait. The whole booth sits on a low platform with carpet, which lifts it a little above the hall floor. A good fit when many people arrive at once.

How the space works

Visitors see the red wall first and a counter with graphics standing at the entrance. They check in there, then drift toward the bistro tables, each with three white chairs, or sink into one of the gray sofas to wait. A low black cabinet sits against the wall and keeps supplies out of sight. The TV is mounted above the middle of the wall, and two product panels are mounted next to it. Everything stands on a carpeted platform.

Best for

  • Exhibitors who run back-to-back meetings and need a waiting area
  • Companies with a large sales team who need several tables
  • Brands that use a single strong color across the whole wall
  • Product makers who can mount two panels to show certifications or key facts

What stands out

  • Two gray two-seat sofas: waiting seats that make the booth feel like a lounge instead of a stall
  • Platform base with carpet: a step up that gives the booth a defined edge and a more finished feel
  • Full-length printed fabric wall: a single unbroken background with no panel joints for your graphics

Make it yours

  • Print your own message across the red fabric wall; a single dominant image works well
  • Swap the two sofas for stools if you want the booth to feel busier and faster
  • Use the low black cabinet to store brochures and a small fridge for drinks

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-470 is 1,450 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-470

Does the platform need a ramp?

Show rules may require a ramp or edge treatment for raised floors. We can add it to the quote if your venue asks for it.

Can I use only one sofa?

Yes. Dropping a sofa opens up floor space for another table or a display.
