Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with three white counter blocks and photo wall
About this design

Why choose PX-493

Three white counter blocks line the front of this booth like a low wall, which makes it feel more like a studio than an open stand. Behind them, a large machine photo on a white back wall and a TV set the scene, and two round tables with chairs wait in the shelter of the blocks. The brochure stand sits in a gap between two blocks. Equipment and machinery companies who want to separate staff from the aisle will like the structure.

How the space works

The three white counter blocks stand across the front, each carrying a logo, so visitors approach one of them or walk through the gaps. Behind, a printed white wall carries a big machine photo and a 43-inch TV. Two round white tables with five molded chairs fill the floor behind the blocks, a little sheltered from the aisle. A multi-tier brochure stand sits between two blocks, and a short right return wall carries a printed panel.

Best for

  • Machinery and equipment makers who want a photo-led wall
  • Exhibitors who prefer a defined front edge to an open aisle approach
  • Teams who want counters on three sides of the entrance
  • Companies who run meetings away from the foot traffic

What stands out

  • Three white counter blocks with logos: a front line that doubles as reception, demo and storage tops
  • Large machine photo on the back wall: gives visitors an immediate sense of what you make
  • Multi-tier brochure stand between the blocks: puts literature at the point where people enter

Make it yours

  • Assign each block a role: welcome, demo and registration, with a sign on each
  • Replace the machine photo with a product render, or a photo of a plant or process
  • Put a tablet on one counter for lead capture

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-493 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-493

Do the counter blocks leave enough gap for people to walk in?

Yes. They are spaced so visitors can step through, and a brochure stand sits in one gap. We can move them to make wider openings.

Can the counters store things?

They are solid blocks and not built as cabinets. If you need storage, a lockable cabinet can be added behind them.
