Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with raised led-edged platform and curved reception counter
About this design

Why choose PX-661

Everything here sits on a white raised floor edged in glowing light lines, which gives a mostly white booth a crisp outline in a dark hall. A light gray back wall carries your 3D logo between two large screens, and a curved reception counter with matching light trim anchors the center. Two cafe groups of swan chairs fill the ends. It fits tech and consumer electronics brands that want a clean, premium look for meetings and giveaways.

How the space works

Visitors step up onto the platform and meet staff at the curved counter in the middle, with a laptop on top and a chair behind. Tote-bag racks stand on either side of the counter, so giveaways go out as conversations start. Behind the counter, two white storage cabinets against the wall hold stock and personal items, with decor on top. Each end of the booth has a round cafe table with four swan chairs, under one of the two large screens running product and brand video.

Best for

  • Consumer electronics brands hosting scheduled meetings at both ends of the booth
  • Companies handing out tote bags or other branded giveaways
  • Exhibitors who want a calm, all-white look with strong lighting accents

What stands out

  • Raised white platform with LED edge lighting: it defines the booth and adds a clean glowing line at floor level.
  • Curved counter with two lit trim bands: the soft shape is easy to approach from either side.
  • Light lines running across the back wall: they frame the 3D logo letters and both screens in one band.

Make it yours

  • Swap the tote racks for product display stands.
  • Change the trim and wall light color to match your brand.
  • Replace one cafe group with a demo table under its screen.

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-661 is 2,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
