Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with white graphic walls and display pedestals
About this design

Why choose PX-517

Glass, frosted glass and white surfaces keep this booth clean and let small products be seen up close. Four white pedestals with acrylic cases, a frosted glass counter box and a curved reception counter sit in front of a white back wall with two short returns. A tower in the middle carries a 43-inch monitor and a printed graphic, and a frosted planter with grasses finishes the right side.

How the space works

Visitors see the central tower and its monitor first, then the curved white counter in front of it, where staff greet people. Four pedestals with acrylic cases are spread across the front and sides, each holding one featured product at eye level. The frosted glass counter box adds a second display surface, and the planter on the right gives a break of green. Returns on both ends keep the booth enclosed from neighbors.

Best for

  • Exhibitors with small, high-value or delicate items such as electronics, packaging samples or cosmetics
  • Companies that want to protect samples from handling while still letting people look closely
  • Brands with a minimal, modern identity who prefer white over color
  • Teams who want a reception point and a tower with a screen but few chairs

What stands out

  • Acrylic cases on white pedestals let products be seen from all sides while staying protected
  • A frosted glass counter box adds a soft, translucent display surface
  • The curved white counter with a tall tower behind it forms a clear welcome point

Make it yours

  • Place a different product in each acrylic case, or group related items
  • Swap the planter for a literature stand or a second display counter
  • Change the tower graphic and the screen content for each show

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-517 is 1,450 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
