Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with red product wall and storage closet
About this design

Why choose PX-482

Where most booths put storage out of sight, this one makes it a feature: a tall red tower on the right holds a lockable closet and shows four floating shelves on its face. The dark 20 ft wall beside it carries your TV and graphics, so the two sides play off each other, one dark and quiet, one bright and bold. A black counter and bar tables with seven white leather-look stools fill the floor. It is built for exhibitors with a lot of staff and a lot of stock.

How the space works

The red tower on the right catches visitors from far down the aisle. Its four shelves hold small parts or samples at eye level, and the closet door on its side keeps stock out of view. On the left, a dark back wall carries a 50-inch TV and the graphics. A black counter with a logo stands near the front, with two round bar tables and seven white stools in the middle of the carpeted floor. Five arm lights run along the top of the wall.

Best for

  • Machinery and tooling makers who need a lockable store and a shelf to show parts
  • Exhibitors who want a strong color block next to a dark graphic wall
  • Teams who run many standing conversations at once
  • Companies who play a product video on a wall-mounted TV

What stands out

  • Red tower with four floating shelves: a bright block that doubles as a product display and holds the storage room
  • Closet with side door, about 8 by 4 ft: roomy enough for boxes and coats, and hidden from the aisle view
  • Seven white upholstered stools at two bar tables: standing-height seating for plenty of short, informal conversations

Make it yours

  • Change the red tower to your brand color and put your own headline above the shelves
  • Fill the shelves with sample parts or product models
  • Replace one bar table with a second counter if you want a dedicated demo spot

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-482 is 1,600 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
