Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with center tower with tv and bar-height seating
About this design

Why choose PX-421

A ten-foot-tall tower in the middle of the back wall turns this inline booth into a landmark visitors can spot from several aisles away. Your logo letters and a wall-mounted TV sit on the tower, with a closed storage door built into its side. Printed navy wings step back on either side, a reception counter holds the aisle edge on the right, and bar-height tables fill the open floor for quick, standing meetings.

How the space works

Visitors first see the tower and its TV, then notice the counter on the right where a staff member greets them and hands out literature. The open floor in front holds two bar-height round tables with eight white cushioned stools, so a group can settle in at the tower or off to the side. The tall white wall on the right gives the booth a firm edge, and the lower printed wall on the left keeps sight lines open from that aisle.

Best for

  • Industrial and utility suppliers who want a tall, easy-to-find landmark in a busy hall
  • Exhibitors who run a looping video on the tower TV while staff talk at the tables
  • Teams that need a lockable place for bags, samples or a laptop charger
  • Companies that prefer standing meetings and a lively, high-traffic feel

What stands out

  • Center tower about ten feet tall: gives the booth height over neighbors and a natural home for a logo and a screen
  • Storage door in the tower: staff can keep bags and spare literature out of sight without taking floor space
  • Five overhead arm spotlights on the printed walls: keep the navy graphics bright against a dark hall

Make it yours

  • Replace the printed side wings with product photography or a map of your service area
  • Swap the logo letters on the tower for a lit sign or a short product slogan
  • Add a charging shelf or sample ledge to the reception counter if you hand out demos

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-421 is 1,700 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
