Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with twin tvs and center counter
About this design

Why choose PX-499

A navy and teal back wall with two TVs, a center counter and bar tables on both sides makes this booth one for companies that want a busy, standing-room feel. Side walls close the booth at both ends, with a tall white wall on the right that steps down to the aisle and a printed return on the left. Six stools and two tables hold plenty of people. It is a dependable layout for tech exhibitors who run many short conversations.

How the space works

The back wall shows two 50-inch TVs spaced on either side of the center. A counter with a logo stands in the middle for registration, while two round black bar tables with three white stools each sit on either side of it. A tall white wall on the right and a printed return and low graphic panel on the left close the sides, so the booth feels protected from neighbors. Six arm lights illuminate the graphics and the carpet is light gray.

Best for

  • Tech and software exhibitors who run short, standing conversations
  • Teams who want two screens, one for a demo and one for a loop
  • Companies who want a closed-in feeling with side walls
  • Brands with navy and teal palettes

What stands out

  • Two wall-mounted TVs about 50 inches each: two screens give you separate places to run a demo and a loop
  • Center counter with logo: a single place for registration and questions
  • Full-depth white side wall on the right: gives the booth a closed side and an extra surface for graphics

Make it yours

  • Use the white right wall for a large headline or a customer logo list
  • Run a live demo on one TV and a looping video on the other
  • Add a tablet stand to the center counter for lead capture

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-499 is 1,000 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-499

Can I remove the right-hand wall?

It is part of the layout, but it can be reduced or removed. The booth would then feel more open, and the graphics would need adjusting.

Is there a closet?

No closet is included. A cabinet can be added behind the counter for supplies.
