Design render of a 10×20 island trade show booth: island booth with square hanging sign and wood portal frames
About this design

Why choose PX-507

Two tall wood-look portal frames stand at the ends of this island like gateways, each holding a backlit photographic panel and a canopy with recessed lights. Between them a white centre wall carries a TV and a lit reception counter. One end is a sofa lounge on blue carpet, the other a bar table with stools, so the booth offers two very different ways to talk. It suits destinations, hospitality and service brands that want warmth.

How the space works

Visitors can enter from either end, passing under a portal frame. The lit counter and the TV on the centre wall are the first point of contact and give staff a place to greet people. To the left, the two-seat sofa, armchair and round coffee table make a calm lounge for longer conversations. To the right, the bar table with three stools suits a quick coffee or a short chat, and plants soften the corners.

Best for

  • Travel, tourism and hospitality brands that sell an experience and want landscape photography at large scale
  • Service companies that want a lounge for relationship meetings as well as a quick standing bar
  • Exhibitors who need to be seen from far down several aisles
  • Teams that want a welcoming tone with wood, plants and soft light instead of a technical look

What stands out

  • Wood-look portal frames with canopy tops and recessed lights create a defined doorway at each end and light the people beneath them
  • Tall backlit graphic panels carry a large photo or message and glow from a distance
  • A lounge and a bar table side by side let you match the seating to the conversation

Make it yours

  • Replace the panel photographs with your own destination or product imagery
  • Turn the lounge end into a demo zone by swapping the coffee table for a display table
  • Change the blue carpet to a neutral color if you prefer a lighter floor

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-507 is 2,200 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-507

Does the hanging sign need rigging?

Usually yes. Overhead signs are hung from the ceiling, and the allowed height and size depend on your show and venue. Confirm with the exhibitor manual or ask us to check.

Can the lounge be removed to give more floor space?

Yes. The sofa, armchair and table are loose furniture and can be exchanged or taken out. The portal frames and centre wall stay as designed.
