About this design
Why choose PX-514
Bistro tables, white bar stools and a bright red counter give this long, narrow booth the feel of a cafe rather than a trade stand. A continuous printed wall runs along one side with a feature block at the centre that holds a wall TV, and low white cabinets close both ends. Visitors can lean, perch and chat at several points along the 30 ft length, which keeps the booth moving and relaxed.
How the space works
The red counter at the centre of the front is hard to miss, and the brochure stand next to it hands out information at the point of contact. Behind it, the central feature block with its TV works as a visual centre of the wall. Three bistro tables with white bar stools are spread along the floor, so groups can stand or perch wherever there is space. The two low white cabinets at either end give staff storage and a flat surface.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-514 is 1,400 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

No. The two low cabinets hold small items. If you need a lockable closet, we can discuss a layout change.
