Design render of a 10×30 inline trade show booth: inline booth with storage room and backlit wall
About this design

Why choose PX-031

Length is the point of this booth. A long green fabric wall stretches along the back, wide enough to hold an explanatory paragraph, a certification mark and a product image at the same time, with a reception counter at one end and a lockable storage room at the other. In the middle, two bistro groups of round tables and white shell chairs offer places to sit. It suits science-led companies that have a lot to say and several visitors to host at once.

How the space works

The counter sits at the left end, so visitors can ask a question before walking along the wall. The long fabric graphic carries a headline, a short explanation and a trust mark, and works like a poster that people read as they walk. Two bistro tables with four chairs each fill the middle of the floor, for private conversations. At the right end, the storage room with a lit product panel and two spotlights closes the booth and gives a bright, finished edge.

Best for

  • Science, biotech and cosmetics companies with a technical story to tell
  • Exhibitors who want to host two or three small meetings at once
  • Teams who need a lockable room for samples and laptops
  • Booths with a long, narrow frontage

What stands out

  • Long backwall in a single graphic: allows a headline, text and imagery to sit side by side
  • Lit product panel beside the storage room: a glowing end cap that marks the far edge of your space
  • Two bistro groups with eight chairs: enough seating for several meetings without crowding the walkway

Make it yours

  • Reorder the wall graphics so the key message sits at eye height near the counter
  • Use the lit panel for a product shot or a QR code to your catalog
  • Swap one bistro group for a sample bar or a demo table

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-031 is 2,200 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
