Design render of a 10×30 inline trade show booth: inline booth with slatted meeting room and angled graphic walls
About this design

Why choose PX-665

Bold black and white diagonals cut across the tall walls of this long booth, ending in a meeting room with a slatted roof at the far end. The front half stays open for greeting and display: an angled reception counter, wall screens, a tablet kiosk and a plinth for a feature mannequin. Beside the meeting room, a closed storage room with a door keeps stock out of view. It fits equipment and apparel suppliers who show gear and hold serious buyer meetings.

How the space works

At the aisle end, an angled black and white counter greets visitors, with product photos and a large screen on the wall behind. Moving down the booth, the feature plinth puts a dressed mannequin in the middle of the floor, next to a tablet kiosk for browsing the catalog. A second screen hangs on the storage room wall, and its door lets staff restock without leaving the booth. At the far end, the meeting room has a table for six under pendant lamps, screened by black slats and a planter.

Best for

  • Safety, uniform and protective equipment suppliers who display on a mannequin
  • B2B sellers who need a semi-private room for contract talks
  • Teams that need a real storage room on the stand

What stands out

  • Slatted meeting room with a lightbox logo wall: a semi-private space that still shows from the aisle.
  • Enclosed storage room with a door: keeps stock, coats and bags off the floor.
  • Angled black and white wall graphics: a strong, graphic look that works with almost any logo.

Make it yours

  • Replace the mannequin plinth with a product table or display case.
  • Change the black and white scheme to your brand colors.
  • Add a screen inside the meeting room for presentations.

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-665 is 3,850 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
