Design render of a 10×30 inline trade show booth: inline booth with sofa lounge and product sample wall
About this design

Why choose PX-323

Three zones in one long run is the idea behind this inline booth. A thirty-foot printed back wall, a full-height side wall at one end and a low wall of sample holders at the other contain the space, and two tall blue columns divide it into thirds. A sofa lounge takes the center, round tables with chairs fill each end, and a branded counter with a literature rack sits near the front. It suits companies with a lot of people to host.

How the space works

The long wall faces the aisle for thirty feet, so the booth is visible from either direction. At the left end, a full-height wall and a round table with chairs make a private corner. In the middle, the two tall blue columns frame a sofa lounge. The right end has a low wall with sample holders so visitors can see and touch products, plus a second round table. The counter and literature rack sit near the front, where first contact happens, and arm spotlights light the wall.

Best for

  • Manufacturers who host several meetings at once in a wide inline space
  • Exhibitors who need to show small product samples on a wall
  • Teams that want a lounge between two meeting areas
  • Companies that hand out printed literature at a counter

What stands out

  • Two tall blue columns split the booth into three zones without closing any of them off
  • A low wall of product sample holders lets visitors touch small samples
  • Two round tables and five chairs plus a sofa lounge allow several meetings at once

Make it yours

  • Assign each zone a different purpose: demo, lounge and quiet talks
  • Use the sample wall for the three products you most want to be touched
  • Add a screen to the full-height wall for a looping video

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-323 is 2,100 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
