Design render of a 10×30 island trade show booth: island booth with bus shelter canopy and banner towers
About this design

Why choose PX-518

Step under a bus-shelter roof and the booth explains itself. A dark-roofed canopy with a printed back graphic and a wood bench sits in the middle of a long island, with a branded counter in front and a high round table with chairs on each side. Tall banner towers, planter boxes and plants frame both ends. It turns an abstract idea such as a platform or a service into something visitors can walk into.

How the space works

Visitors come in from either long side and are drawn toward the canopy, where the bench and back graphic form a small stage. The branded counter at the front is the first stop for greeting and badge scanning. On either side of the canopy, a high round table with four white chairs gives each side its own meeting spot. Banner towers at the ends carry messages, and one holds a wall-mounted TV.

Best for

  • Transport, smart-city, mobility and infrastructure companies with a story that fits a street setting
  • Exhibitors who want a memorable photo spot as well as a meeting area
  • Teams that run two parallel conversations at the side tables while one person greets at the counter
  • Booths that need to be seen from both long sides in an island layout

What stands out

  • The bus-shelter canopy with dark roof panels and a 3D logo is a clear visual landmark and a shaded spot to sit
  • Two tall banner towers, one with a TV, mark both ends and carry the message down the length of the island
  • Planter boxes and plants soften the edges and make the booth feel like a street scene

Make it yours

  • Change the back graphic under the canopy to a message or product image of your choice
  • Use the bench for a demo or give it a cushion for comfort
  • Move the round tables closer to the counter to create one larger meeting area

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-518 is 2,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-518

Is the canopy free-standing?

Yes. It stands on its own on the floor, with posts, and is not suspended from the ceiling. Confirm any height limits with your show.

Can the booth work as a peninsula?

It was designed as an island so it can be seen from all sides. For a peninsula, one banner tower and the back graphic can be placed against a wall, but check with us.
