Design render of a 10×30 island trade show booth: island booth with glass meeting room and hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-666

Private talks get their own room here: a tinted glass meeting room under a large backlit fabric sign takes up one end of this 10x30 island. The rest of the floor is a lounge of soft swivel armchairs, a sofa and small tables, framed by tall black graphic walls and pylons with lit edges. A coffee counter and wall TVs make it easy to host guests. It suits media, entertainment and software companies that sell through meetings.

How the space works

Visitors can enter from several sides of the island. The open lounge is the first stop: groups of gray swivel armchairs around small round tables, and a sofa against a white graphic wall with a TV above. At the end opposite the glass room, a black pylon and the long black graphic wall carry your logo toward the aisle. A coffee counter beside the other white wall keeps drinks ready. For private conversations, staff bring guests into the glass room, which seats four around a table under the hanging sign.

Best for

  • Media and entertainment companies hosting partner and buyer meetings
  • Software firms that need a private room plus open lounge seating
  • Brands that want a hanging sign visible from several sides

What stands out

  • Tinted glass meeting room: guests get privacy while the room still reads as part of the booth.
  • Backlit fabric hanging sign wrapped around three sides: it glows evenly and marks the booth from far away.
  • Black walls and pylons with lit edges: they frame the ends and carry large-format graphics.

Make it yours

  • Fill the black wall with your own key art or product images.
  • Swap the sofa for a demo counter with a screen.
  • Add frosting or a logo band to the glass room for more privacy.

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-666 is 3,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-666

Will the hanging sign need rigging at my show?

Yes, hanging signs use the venue's rigging service and need show approval. Rules and costs vary by venue.

How private is the glass room?

The glass is tinted, so people outside see shapes rather than detail. It is not soundproof, and frosting film can add more visual privacy.
