Why choose PX-650
A large model aircraft on a stand, set on a round navy platform, is the first thing this 15x20 corner booth shows you. Behind it a long navy-and-white graphic wall carries the message, with a TV on each side. The open floor in front is the point of the design: it gives a big, eye-catching object room to breathe. It suits manufacturers whose product is too large or too striking to hide behind a table.
How the space works
Visitors are drawn first to the aircraft model hovering over the round platform, whose floor edge is lit. Behind it, the navy graphic wall holds a message in large lettering, and two wall-mounted TVs flank it, one on each side. A printed counter at the right front takes questions and brochures. In the corner, a bar table with stools gives staff and visitors a place to sit and talk. Potted plants soften the edges, and eight wall spotlights wash the back wall.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-650 is 2,050 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
