A large U-shaped counter on a blue water-pattern carpet works as a sampling and information bar at the front of a peninsula, with a curved graphic wall and a tall white back panel behind it. Two floating shelves hold product, and a small table with chairs sits to one side for visitors who want a longer conversation.
How the space works
Visitors reach the U-shaped counter directly from the aisle and are met by staff standing inside the U. Samples, brochures or small product demos sit on the counter top, and a curved centre counter holds a logo. Behind the bar, the tall white back wall with its rounded top and two floating shelves shows product, while the water-themed wall sets the mood. At one side, a small table and three chairs give a quiet place to talk.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-520 is 1,950 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Can I run a sampling program from the counter?
The counter is suited for it, but food and drink rules vary by venue and show. Check licensing and cleaning requirements before you plan sampling.
Is there a sink or water supply?
No. Plumbing is not part of the booth. Any water or ice has to be arranged separately through the venue.
