How the space works
Visitors approach the large rounded counter at the aisle, where staff offer a welcome and a small giveaway. Behind it, the putting green runs across the floor and invites people to try a shot. Beyond the green, a white sofa and a red bar stool face the TV and the charging ledge with the coffee machine. A door in the back wall leads to a storage room. How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-525 is 4,100 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Is the coffee machine included?
A machine is shown at the wall ledge. Supplies such as coffee and cups are yours to bring, and venue rules on food service vary.
Can the hanging pendant lights be used at my show?
They are part of the arch structure. Overhead rules differ between venues, so check with us and the exhibitor manual.
