Design render of a 20×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with round hanging sign and tall printed wall
About this design

Why choose PX-536

A huge printed cube rises 13 ft at the corner of this booth and carries your biggest message, with a round drum-shaped sign hanging above. A long reception counter runs along the left, three round tables with eight white chairs and two bar stools fill the gray carpet, and two brochure stands stand by the aisle. It is a plain, flexible plan for companies that want one huge visual and plenty of seats.

How the space works

Visitors see the round sign and the huge cube first, with the product image, the headline and the logo. At the left, the long reception counter greets people and holds a leaflet stand nearby. Three round tables and eight white chairs are spread across the carpet so several groups can sit at once, and two bar stools by the counter suit a quick chat. A low back wall panel finishes the rear edge, and overhead arm lights keep the cube bright.

Best for

  • Companies with a single flagship product or machine they can show as a large photograph
  • Teams that run many parallel meetings and need three or more tables
  • Exhibitors who want a large, simple graphic block that is readable from far away
  • Brands who hand out printed brochures and need dedicated stands

What stands out

  • A 10 x 10 ft printed cube tower stands 13 ft tall and works as a billboard visible down the hall
  • A round hanging sign of about 8 ft in diameter marks the booth from any direction
  • Three round tables with eight chairs give seating for several groups at once

Make it yours

  • Put a photograph of your top product or a bold slogan on the cube
  • Use one table as a demo station and keep two for meetings
  • Change the counter wrap to your colors

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-536 is 2,700 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-536

Will the round sign need rigging at my show?

Usually yes. Overhead signs are hung from the ceiling, and rules on size and height depend on the show and venue.

Is there a closet?

This layout has no closed storage. The long counter can hold small items, and a closet can be added if you need one.
