Design render of a 20×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with rectangular header sign and slab display wall
About this design

Why choose PX-541

Stone slabs stand upright like pieces of art in this front-facing booth. A tall wood-slat wall holds four large slab samples on the right, a framed lattice panel carries two more on the left, and between them an open kitchen vignette with a high table and four stools invites visitors to step in. A wide header sign sits above and a yellow canopy panel adds a spot of color over the vignette.

How the space works

Visitors see the wide header sign and the two slab displays on each side, which show the range. In the middle, a printed kitchen scene on the back wall shows how the stone looks in use, and the high table with four black stools lets visitors sit in that scene. Strip lighting runs along the wall and slabs. Staff stand near the opening to greet people and walk them along the samples.

Best for

  • Stone, quartz, tile and countertop suppliers who need to show large material samples
  • Surface and interior design brands that want a gallery-like display of finishes
  • Exhibitors who want a lifestyle scene that shows the material in a kitchen
  • Teams who meet architects and designers at a high table

What stands out

  • A wood-slat wall with four large stone slabs presents the materials upright, as they would be seen in a showroom
  • A kitchen scene graphic on the back wall shows the stone in use
  • A yellow accent canopy panel above the vignette marks the meeting spot

Make it yours

  • Replace the slab samples with your own range
  • Change the kitchen scene to a bathroom, outdoor or commercial space
  • Swap the yellow canopy panel for your brand color

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-541 is 2,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
