A header bridges two of the walls, a yellow grid backdrop adds color, and a small white counter with a logo and a 43-inch screen greets visitors at the front. How the space works
From any aisle, visitors see a lit wall or the lit square sign. At the front, the white counter with logo and the wall-mounted 43-inch screen is the point of greeting. The yellow grid backdrop adds a second focus near the seating. Three round tables with white chairs are placed around the booth so each conversation has its own space. A stool at the counter lets staff sit for badge scanning, and the white speckled carpet keeps the floor bright.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-545 is 2,900 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot.
