Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with curved screen wall and hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-549

A sweeping curved wall in teal, edged with orange light, is the main event here, and the rest of the booth is arranged to flow around it. A rounded hanging sign sits above, a fluted-front reception counter stands near the entry, and four kiosk towers let visitors try your software on their own. It is a busy, fully furnished island for companies that need to check people in, demonstrate, and then sit down to talk.

How the space works

Visitors enter along a teal path stripe on white carpet that points toward the reception counter. A large screen is set into the curved wall, so the main message is visible from the aisle. Four kiosk towers and two tablet stands give people a self-serve way to explore while staff are busy. To one side, a slatted partition shields a small meeting corner, and a coffee station and round table with four chairs give people a reason to stay.

Best for

  • Software and digital-service companies that need hands-on self-serve demos
  • Exhibitors who register or qualify visitors before a conversation
  • Teams running a large screen presentation with a seated audience nearby
  • Brands that want a hospitality feel, with coffee and lounge seating

What stands out

  • Curved feature wall with a ninety-eight inch screen: the soft curve draws people in and the large display works as a crowd-stopper
  • Orange LED edge on the wall: a thin line of light that outlines the shape and carries color across the hall
  • Slatted meeting corner: a semi-private space for conversations without building a full room

Make it yours

  • Load the kiosks with your demo or a sign-up form so visitors can start without staff
  • Change the teal and orange to your brand palette on the wall and floor stripe
  • Turn the coffee station into a branded sampling or hospitality point

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-549 is 4,350 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-549

Are the kiosk and screen contents included?

The screens and towers are part of the booth, but the software, demo and any content are yours to supply and load. Tell us your file formats in advance so everything plays correctly.

Will the hanging sign need rigging?

A hanging sign generally does. Whether it is allowed, and how it is hung, depends on the venue and its ceiling rules, so we confirm that against your show's requirements.
