Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with glass meeting room and video wall
About this design

Why choose PX-553

Black, wood and glass give this island the look of a private lounge in an upscale hotel. A glass-walled meeting room with wood paneling sits on one side, a wide video wall fills a feature wall, and a large round graphic set against wood slats anchors the left end. Above it all, a square black sign edged in red light marks the spot. It is built for exhibitors who need real meeting space with a bold, technical presence.

How the space works

Visitors see the video wall straight on from the aisle, and the big round graphic on the wood-slat panel stands out on the left. A black reception counter with a lit logo stands in front of the wall as the greeting point. To the right, a glass meeting room with a frosted band at seated eye height gives privacy without hiding anyone. Outside the room, a stone-look high table with black stools offers an informal place to talk before moving inside.

Best for

  • Aerospace, engineering and industrial exhibitors with serious buyers to host
  • Companies that want a glass-fronted meeting room that still shows from the aisle
  • Brands that rely on a large product image or a dramatic video wall
  • Teams that run quiet negotiations alongside open demos

What stands out

  • Glass-walled meeting room with wood paneling: visitors can see activity inside, and guests get a quiet space
  • Large LED video wall: it gives you high-impact moving imagery above the counter
  • Red-edged square hanging sign: the light line makes the sign read clearly against a dark hall

Make it yours

  • Replace the round feature graphic with your own hero product image
  • Add a screen on the glass room wall to show private presentations
  • Swap the black counter finish for wood to match the paneling

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-553 is 4,700 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-553

Does the meeting room have a ceiling or a door?

The room is glass-walled with a door for access. Whether a roof is needed depends on the show's rules on fire protection and sprinklers, so we check that during planning.

Will the hanging sign need rigging?

A hanging sign of this size needs overhead rigging, and not every venue allows it. Confirm availability and any extra cost with your show before choosing this design.
