Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with pergola roof and open lounge deck
About this design

Why choose PX-560

With its black steel pergola, wood slat roof and a deck of boards underfoot, this booth looks like a terrace stepped straight onto a show floor. A raised deck room with curtains and a printed screen wall adds privacy, while low wood benches and a patch of turf soften the edges. The oversized white counter in the center is a showcase for a model or hero product. It suits exhibitors selling a lifestyle, where the setting is part of the pitch.

How the space works

Visitors step up onto wood-look decking and under the slatted roof. The large white counter is the first thing they see, with a scale model resting on top and a TV on the wall behind. To the left, a deck room with curtains makes a private spot for conversation, while the laser-cut panels throw patterned shadows. Low wood benches and a round table with three chairs give people somewhere to sit, and the turf strip marks off a garden-like edge.

Best for

  • Yacht, marine, travel and luxury-lifestyle exhibitors who sell an experience
  • Architecture, landscaping and outdoor-living firms
  • Brands that show a scale model or single hero object as the centerpiece
  • Teams who want a relaxed meeting area that feels unlike a typical booth

What stands out

  • Black steel pergola with wood slat roof: it creates a clear covered zone and a warm, architectural look
  • Raised deck room with curtains and screen wall: it gives a semi-private place to talk or watch a presentation
  • Laser-cut decorative panels: they add texture and filtered light without blocking the view

Make it yours

  • Place your own model or product on the white counter and rework the plinth for a second item
  • Choose different curtain fabrics or print your own image on the screen wall
  • Replace the benches with lounge chairs for longer conversations

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-560 is 4,950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-560

Is the pergola roof solid, and does it count as a ceiling?

It is a slatted roof, not a solid ceiling. Some venues have rules for covered structures and sprinkler clearance, so we check requirements for your show.

Can the deck room be closed completely?

It has curtains for privacy, but it is not a sealed room. If you need full acoustic or visual privacy, ask us about adding a door or panels.
