Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with square hanging sign and three feature walls
About this design

Why choose PX-573

Raise a white platform, light its edge, and the whole booth appears to float above the show floor. Three feature walls then share the job of presenting: a black tower with two screens in the center, and two white walls with product displays and their own screens on the sides. A reception counter, a bar counter and two cafe tables fill out the plan. Plants and a blue-lined hanging sign finish a booth made for hosting.

How the space works

Visitors step up onto the lit platform and find the black center tower with two screens facing them. The white walls on either side display actual product on shelves and brackets, with a screen beside each so the story is told in both ways. A black and white reception counter takes the first questions, while four tablet stands let visitors explore on their own. A bar counter with four stools and two cafe tables with eight chairs round out the seating, among five large plants.

Best for

  • Security, smart-building and technology firms that show products on walls
  • Exhibitors who want a hospitality area with a bar and cafe tables
  • Teams that demonstrate with tablets as well as large screens
  • Brands with several product groups, one per wall

What stands out

  • Raised platform with LED edge lighting: it sets the booth apart from the neighboring floor and shows its boundary in light
  • Three feature walls with screens: each wall can focus on one product group
  • Bar counter plus cafe tables: they support both fast stops and longer seated visits

Make it yours

  • Mount your products on the white walls and play matching videos on the screens
  • Replace the bar counter with a coffee or sampling station
  • Load the tablet stands with a self-guided demo

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-573 is 4,950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Does the platform need a ramp?

A raised platform usually needs a ramp or step arrangement to meet accessibility rules. We plan that as part of the layout for your show.

Can the walls be rearranged?
