Why choose PX-035
Look up before you look in. A big round hanging sign, white with a red band, sets this island apart, and below it a central tower with a large TV acts as the booth's backbone. A red counter with a glowing logo and a literature rack meets the aisle, while gray armchairs and a high table sit behind. How the space works
Visitors from the main aisle meet the red counter first, with a literature rack beside it, then look up at the tower and its 75-inch TV. The tower stands behind the counter and acts as a divider between the front and the lounge. Behind it, two gray armchairs and a high table with three stools offer a place for a seated meeting out of the stream. The L-shaped wall at the left holds text and a graphic, and square white panels dot the walls.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-035 is 2,950 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Will the hanging sign need rigging at my show?
Yes, hanging signs are normally rigged by the venue's riggers and cost extra. Not every hall allows them, so check the rules and deadlines.
Can we change the sign wording?
The sign is a printed fabric ring, and the graphic is yours. Send us your artwork.
How is the TV mounted?
It is wall-mounted on the tower, so cables can run inside and stay out of sight.
