Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with round hanging sign and café lounge
About this design

Why choose PX-566

Red, white and a touch of gold set the tone in this long island, which feels more like a travel lounge than a trade booth. A ring hanging sign with a banner hangs over the middle, a tall tower with a lit top stands at one end, and a back wall carries a television above a sofa and armchair. In the center, three round café tables seat eight, and gold-framed arches and shaped graphic panels decorate the right-hand side.

How the space works

Visitors first notice the lit tower on the left and the red ring sign above, then the TV on the back wall with a sofa and armchair in front. Moving along the aisle, they pass three round café tables where staff can sit down and talk with eight guests at a time. On the right, the gold-framed arches hold images, and two small display pedestals show models or brochures. A potted plant adds some greenery by the tower.

Best for

  • Tourism boards, airlines and hospitality brands that welcome guests with a seat
  • Companies running hosted conversations at café tables
  • Exhibitors who want a warm, patterned décor rather than plain panels
  • Brands with a strong red identity

What stands out

  • Gold-framed arch features: they add a decorative, distinctive frame that sets the booth apart from plain panels
  • Ring hanging sign with a banner: it gives a large, round brand surface and an extra image below
  • Café seating with a sofa lounge: it supports both quick chats and longer, relaxed visits

Make it yours

  • Change the red and gold to your brand colors and the arch shapes to suit your story
  • Use the pedestals for a product model or a lead-capture tablet
  • Turn one café table into a tasting or sampling spot

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-566 is 3,050 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-566

Is the booth long and narrow?

The layout runs along one main frontage, with seating in the center and decoration at the end. It still sits within a 20x20 footprint, so confirm how your show defines the open sides.

Can the arches carry my own images?

Yes. The arches and the shaped panels are printed surfaces, so you can replace the images with your own.
