Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with square hanging sign and lounge nook
About this design

Why choose PX-570

Corner by corner, this island sorts itself into jobs. A triangular tower with a screen holds the center, a reception counter faces the aisle with its own graphic wall, and an L-shaped wall tucks a sofa lounge into one corner so guests can sit in peace. Two bar tables with six chrome stools keep standing conversations moving on the open side. With a square hanging sign above, it suits exhibitors who want every kind of conversation covered.

How the space works

The triangular tower shows a screen and logo to visitors approaching from two directions, and the reception counter in front of its graphic wall is where staff greet people. Past the counter, an L-shaped graphic wall wraps around a lounge with a sofa, two armchairs and a small glass coffee table, where visitors can sit with a laptop. On the open side, two bar tables with stools allow brief chats without a commitment to sit down.

Best for

  • Software and communications firms who host demos and private meetings
  • Exhibitors who want a quiet corner for prospects without building a room
  • Brands that use several screens for different messages
  • Teams who keep a white, neutral look and let their own graphics supply the color

What stands out

  • L-shaped graphic wall lounge nook: it creates a semi-private seating corner using only a printed wall
  • Triangular tower with a wall-mounted screen: it shows content to two aisles at once
  • Reception counter with a tall graphic wall and a screen: it gives staff a bright, visible home base

Make it yours

  • Print the L-shaped wall with a customer story or a product photo
  • Show one demo on the tower screen and another on the counter screen
  • Add a laptop charging point to the lounge table

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-570 is 3,000 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-570

How private is the lounge nook?

The wall blocks sight lines on two sides, but it is not closed. For full privacy, a door and more walls would be needed, which changes the design.

Is the triangular tower stable on its own?

It is a freestanding structure and is checked for stability during planning. We confirm any ballast needs with your show.
