Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with square hanging sign and wood-look entry header
About this design

Why choose PX-575

It starts with width. A square hanging sign about twenty-two feet across sets the scale, and below it three layers of structure step back: a wood-clad entry header on the right, a tall backlit panel, and a central graphic wall with a television. Plinths hold products in front of the walls, white counters run along the right, and track lights wash over everything. It suits exhibitors who show equipment close up and want large, bright graphics behind it.

How the space works

Visitors see the very wide sign first, then the central graphic wall with its TV and a product on a plinth in front. On the left, a tall backlit panel shows a large image of the product in use. Walking right, they pass beneath the wood-posted entry header into a zone of white counter cabinets, where staff can talk and place materials. Two more wall screens repeat key messages, and a smaller graphic panel with a screen adds detail near the counters.

Best for

  • Robotics, automation and technology brands that show a working device on a plinth
  • Exhibitors who want a wide sign and several tall graphic surfaces
  • Teams that demo at a wall screen and hold meetings at counters
  • Companies that want a mix of wood and white finishes

What stands out

  • Wide square hanging sign: it spreads your name across most of the footprint
  • Tall backlit light-box panel: a bright, glowing image that draws people from far away
  • Wood-look entry header on posts: it marks the entrance and brings warmth to a white and green scheme

Make it yours

  • Place your own device on each plinth, with a separate screen for each
  • Choose different graphics for the backlit panel, such as a product close-up
  • Add a counter screen or tablet for lead capture

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-575 is 4,100 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-575

Can the entry header be moved to the other side?

It can be repositioned, but traffic flow and sight lines change. Let us know which aisle faces most visitors and we will advise.

How big is the hanging sign in practice?

It is about twenty-two feet wide, so it needs overhead rigging, and not all venues allow that scale. Check with your show first.
