About this design
Why choose PX-587
Warm timber sets this island apart from the usual white and black. A wood-slat canopy with a soft edge glow hovers over the floor, a backlit logo glows at one corner, and a slatted counter carries the same material down to hand height. A cream display wall with shelves and hooks is made for material swatches. The raised platform with a display chair, the lounge seating and the round table make it feel like a design studio.
How the space works
Visitors see the canopy and logo first, then the slatted counter, where staff stand under the glow of a pendant lamp. The cream sample wall holds swatches on hooks and small samples on shelves, so people can touch and compare. Beside the wall, a raised platform shows a single chair as a hero piece. A tower wall with a portrait screen runs a looping video, and a round meeting table with four chairs and a lounge group with two armchairs and a coffee table give places to sit.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-587 is 4,850 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Can samples be locked up overnight?
The sample wall is open display. If you leave valuable samples, ask us about a lockable cabinet or storage, and plan to take small items with you.
Is the canopy a solid ceiling?
It is slatted and open, but some venues treat any overhead structure as a ceiling for sprinkler rules. We check that for your show.
