Design render of a 20×30 island trade show booth: island booth with overhead header frame and cube hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-610

A cube sign hangs in the middle of this wide island, with a blue and white frame running overhead like a canopy. Two counters, one long front counter with a wood top and one corner counter with terminals, let staff handle several visitors at once. Three wall-mounted screens, two printed feature walls and a lit logo tower give the story. High round tables with stools fill the centre.

How the space works

The overhead frame and cube sign mark a clear boundary, and a 14-foot corner tower with a lit logo strip acts as a landmark. Visitors reach the long front counter first, where staff can demo devices and take notes. A second counter with terminals at the corner handles a different product. Behind, wall screens run content, while two high round tables with stools in the middle offer quick conversations. A stripe on the floor leads people through the space.

Best for

  • Retail technology, payment and point-of-sale companies
  • Exhibitors who need staffed counters for hands-on terminal demos
  • Teams that want several screens running different content
  • Companies that expect heavy traffic and need many standing spots

What stands out

  • Overhead L-shaped frame with spotlights: defines the booth space and lights counters and faces
  • Long wood-top counter with logo: a warm, solid surface for product demos and hand-offs
  • Floor stripe graphic: guides visitors through the booth and adds a design accent

Make it yours

  • Mount your terminals and tablets on the corner counter for live demos
  • Run a different message on each of the three wall screens
  • Replace the wood top with a stone or white finish to match your brand

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-610 is 5,850 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-610

Can I put devices on the counters?

Yes. The counters are designed for terminals, tablets and demo devices. Ask us about cable management and power.

Is the cube sign rigged?

Yes. A hanging cube needs overhead points, and rules depend on the venue.

Can this be a corner booth?

It can be adapted, but the frame and counters are laid out for multiple open sides.
