Design render of a 20×30 peninsula trade show booth: peninsula booth with slatwall display and square hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-621

Slatwall is the whole point of this booth: two long walls of it, six freestanding slatwall towers and lit shelf ledges to hang hundreds of small products. A blue header frame ties the two long walls together, with a branded centre wall and two TV screens between them. Four white leather lounge chairs and a coffee table give buyers somewhere to sit, a reception counter greets them, and dark carpet makes the packaging stand out.

How the space works

The square sign above names the booth, and buyers walk into the space between the two long slatwall back walls. Lit ledges hold hero items, and the freestanding slatwall towers let them walk a loop and handle products from all sides. In the centre, a branded wall with two screens shows the brand story. The reception counter sits at the front, and the lounge chairs and coffee table at the side give buyers a place to sit, compare and order.

Best for

  • Consumer accessories, gear and packaged-goods brands with many items on the shelf
  • Exhibitors who want retail-style hanging displays for buyers to inspect
  • Teams with a multi-brand line that wants one wall per brand
  • Companies who want a seated lounge for order-writing

What stands out

  • Long slatwall back walls with lit ledges: hold a big range and light the front row of products
  • Freestanding slatwall towers: add a second layer of display and let buyers walk around the product
  • Branded centre wall with two screens: gives the booth a clear message between the two display walls

Make it yours

  • Group each brand or product family on its own tower and label it
  • Use the lit ledges for new launches and the lower rows for core products
  • Swap the lounge chairs for a long table if your buyers mostly write orders

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-621 is 5,900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
