Design render of a 20×30 peninsula trade show booth: peninsula booth with video wall and hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-013

Overhead, a rectangular hanging sign announces the company from across the hall. Below it, a wide LED video wall under an illuminated logo gives the booth a screen large enough to hold a crowd for a short product film. The floor is spread out with high-top tables so several conversations can run at once, while a logo tower and a lockable storage room anchor the back. It is a large, busy booth for companies that expect to talk to many people at the same time.

How the space works

From the aisle, visitors meet the printed reception counter with a literature rack beside it, then drift toward the video wall on the left, where the content pulls people in to watch. The product panels beside it let them read details at their own pace. Four high-top tables with bar chairs spread across the carpet, each a separate meeting spot, and the logo tower on the right with product callouts marks where the demo conversations happen. The storage door sits quietly at the back.

Best for

  • Companies with a new product launch that needs a big video moment
  • Exhibitors with a larger team who hold many parallel meetings
  • Brands that need a locked room for samples, demos or private calls
  • Shows where a hanging sign is the best way to be seen across the hall

What stands out

  • Rectangular hanging sign: makes the booth visible from the far end of the hall, and its open centre keeps sight lines clear
  • LED video wall about ten feet wide: handles film, slides or live data, and scales better than several small TVs
  • Four high-top tables with fourteen chairs: lets many small groups meet without crowding the counter

Make it yours

  • Replace the product callout circles on the tower with your own best-sellers
  • Switch to a different carpet color or add branded floor graphics
  • Use the video wall for a rotating loop of case studies and add a presentation corner nearby

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-013 is 6,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
